China Airlines and EVA Airways have made such announcements (公告). Tigerair Taiwan moved forward departure times for morning flights, and cancelled flights in the afternoon. Peach Aviation has canceled most of its flights to Okinawa today and tomorrow. Typhoon Trami is expected to be closest to Taiwan from this afternoon and into tomorrow morning. The Central Weather Bureau says the storm will bring heavy or extremely heavy rain to northern and northeastern parts of Taiwan. ---- E*THSR App Allows New Option for Online Ticketing HSR users can now book their tickets through an app and pick them up at a convenience store. The High Speed Rail Corporation launched its app T-Express in 2011. And now travelers can use a new function (功能) to book their tickets on their phones. Users get a barcode after they make the reservation, then use that code to pay at a convenienc store and pick up their tickets. But this service is only available at 7-Eleven stores for now. ---- E*US Regulator Sues Elon Musk US officials are sueing Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The former governor of Veracruz state has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for organized crime and money laundering. Critics are angry about this sentence, because Javier Duarte could apply for parole in 3 years. Duarte is accused of embezzling millions in state money. Officials seized 41 properties from the former official.
