The average daily spending dropped by 14 U-S dollars per Chinese tourist and 27 dollars per Japanese tourist. The decline from Chinese tourists is mainly caused by Beijing's restriction (限制) on shopping while fewer Japanese tourists are choosing to stay in luxury hotels (豪華酒店). However, consumption increased among South Korean visitors and those from countries targeted by the New Southbound Policy (新南向政策). ---- UK couple Novichok British police say a man and a woman was found unconscious (無意識) near Salisbury where a former Russian spy and his daughter were attacked in March.
