Section break ---- News Intro I'm ... w/ the top of the hour news ..... ---- Taiex update The Tai-Ex opened up 20-points this morning from yesterday's close, at 10,975 on turnover of 2-billion N-T. ---- T*Bodies from Blackhawk being ID'ed Two bodies have been found inside the wreckage (殘骸) of a helicopter that went missing near Orchid Island. The mid-section of the Black Hawk helicopter and the bodies were taken from the ocean floor 1000 meters below the surface. The aircraft went missing February 5th, carrying three crew members, a flight nurse, a patient, and a family member of the patient. Officials say the bodies but have been sent for DNA testing to confirm their identities. ---- T*Airport Terminal 3 completion to be delayed The Transportation Minister says the third terminal at Taoyuan International Airport won't be finished by its scheduled completion date. Ho Chen Dan says the original date for 2020 was overly optimistic (樂觀). The project will now be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. Once the terminal is finished, the airport will be able to handle up to 20-million people each year. ---- T*Changhua chickens culled after H5N2 infection And .... More than 14-thousand chickens have been culled (撲殺) at a Changhua farm. Officials say the chickens at the farm in Fang-Yuan Township were infected with a very contagious type of H5N2 avian flu. They say 60 farms across Taiwan have had chickens infected with avian flu viruses so far this year. ---- US Trump reconsiders TPP Republican lawmakers say President Donald Trump wants the US to rejoin the T-P-P, even though he had called the Trans Pacific Partnership "a disaster". Our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks reports. < [CLIP] Slug: > ---- Puerto Rico power outage Another power outage in Puerto Rico left hundreds of thousands without power. Officials say a tree fell on the line that supplies power to San Juan and nearby (附近) areas. They say it will be about 8 to 16 hours before power returns.
